Moulin Rouge ‘Bolero’ Piano Tutorial
Posted in Uncategorized on May 27th, 2009
Thanks to everyone for the positive feedback!!! I just want to make this clear; THIS IS NOT A GOOD VIDEO. I tried to make everything as clear as possible, but I didn’t have any of the proper materials to make a tutorial like this, so I just want to let you know; the notes are the highlight of this video, not the video itself. On that note, enjoy!

Oh, alright, I’ll definitely keep that mind for playing it in the future, thank you!
Wow, you’re pretty talented there bro, give yourself more credit, that was really good.
love ur singing
That was really helpful, and the notes especially made things clearer. Thanks!
Great, thanks so much everyone for all your feedback! Remember, if you have any more recommendations for music, let me know, I’d love to do it!
This was very helpful. But I am also wondering what the notes are for the second half of the piano part? Has anybody figured it out cause I can’t find it anywhere.
I was actually just trying to figure those out yesterday… Unfortunately, I think that because the second part is almost like a simulated symphony orchestra, it would be impossible to figure out the music for it just by listening to it. (At least for me!) Sure, you could get a couple notes, but without the violin and drum set, I don’t think it would sound anything like the song.
Sorry!
I love this song it is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think you can ^^ did you take a look (or gave an ear :p) to kouga7 ’s work ? He adapts to piano various songs, and many of them are ROCK ! And since I know some of these songs, I may say that he does it very well (not perfectly maybe, but very very well ^^). So I think it’s possible =)
I think you’re playing it in the wrong key? I tried it myself on the keyboard from the song itself and I got the first few notes as A, C, B, A, B, A. (and then A, C, B, A, A#, G#, E, higher E, E, F, G, F, E, C, D, E, C, A, B, C.)
play in a higher pitch
wow u can play. im planing on composing this song
how can you compose a song that is already composed?
Aha, a valid point! I’m sure glad you said something, because I was worried I was going to and then get my definitions wrong… Much flaming would ensue, so thank you again
In retrospect, that comment made NO SENSE.
Sorry about that.

thank you for posting!
i dont think your sense of humor is lacking so much as it’s hard to put much enthusiasm into a vlog when you’ve already shot it once, twice, or 30 times. i know. because it’s happened to me. =P
FRIENDED.
Aww, oh well.. Good luck on your search though!
Hahaha I must say, I DID laugh out loud while reading this; it’s a feeling only vloggers get, no one else could really catch onto it… Glad you enjoyed it!
